So I figure Usopp, Smellerbee, and Hughes here will be on the "meh, whatever" scale, because they are of the non-supernatural human variety. sorryhesabear is actually probably pass-over-able, too. The talking/kung-fu thing aside. He's pretty much just a normal bear who was well-trained, as far as I've been able to tell.

Does your character ping differently than a normal human? If so, how? Yes. I think. Sort of. Ninja from this canon define chakra as being life energy, for lack of flowery explanations, and they're trained from pretty early on to hone it and utilize it for a lot of stuff. (Jutsus, walking up trees, enhancing senses, etc.) So I dunno, it might be sharper? I'll really leave that up to you, if they ever run into each other. It would likely be noticeable if he used a jutsu or decided he needed a giant fist for something, though.
Are you okay with Ling noticing this and pointing it out? Sure.
Can your character sense Greed being a Homonculus? Nah, none of mine have really special sensing abilities for this kind of thing.
