Skip work for a contest?
I’m skipping my last day at work tomorrow and I haven’t decided what I’ll do.
My initial plan was to drive down to Fashion Place in Murray (60 miles from here) and throw myself into the Seventeen Rock the Runway event.
I heard about the event on the radio. It’s like some kind of contest where the winners are chosen to model clothes on Seventeen Magazine’s fashion page. I had to double check and it turns out that three winners will be chosen for a runway show.
I don’t do runway. I’m only 5’5” and I’m pretty sure that I won’t be chosen based on my height - otherwise I’d totally rock because I’m so damn cute.
I have a huge human anatomy quiz on Monday and I could use the time for studying--- or I could reward myself for studying by attending the contest.
On top of all of that I haven’t receive my anatomy textbook and there’s a test this month. I hate everyone and everything right now.
My mom is telling me to go on with my plans. Oh what to do?
