day in the life of a catkins
New York, New York :) I have once again joined Kevin pyrotix on his every-so-often trip to visit his mom, his dog, his friends and his city. Trip number 4 for me, one of my favourites, and there's still plenty of time! I've been here since the 16th, here until the 26th. A few more days/nights in the City that Never Sleeps... Then back to the city that lets me drink (I've been wanting one for days:-p
Many awesome vegan meals at many awesome vegetarian resaurants, some time spent with friends, almost a psytrance party, sparks!!, lots of shopping yesterday and a few things have been started, ended and worked out. Not to mention our freaking enormous pillow fight in Union Square on Saturday!
There are some great pictures and videos, but one that captures the moment the best is this put-together-panorama
The lovely Laura onlylonely and the marvelous meg (don't know if she's got an el-jay) came to document it! Because they're awesome, and so are we :-p !!! They also filmed us making the largest valentine Toronto's ever seen: Queen of Hearts with the best of the photographs in this gallery.
There are some buttons of ours up for grabs! Five to be exact! Four are newmindspacey and a new subway map button!
Other news? I've begun silk screening and designing many more clothes. I'd like to find some way of doing this professionaly, sometime very soon. I've got a midterm upon my return to Toronto and I'm hoping my roommate has decided to move out 6 months early. I have a new cell phone number. 416//709*2803 (the last part being my birthday!) Please call? I would love to hear from you. My hair is not pink, and although I've got a job, I'm currently looking for a new one that lets me be a little more creative (not necessarily regarding my appearance, but it would be nice). I've decided to dance like everybody's watching and tutus are a valid form of clothing.
