Fanart : Sword in the Stone
I really like Sword in the Stone. It's a fantastic movie and I always laugh hysterically when Squirrel!Merlin meets the fat squirrel. But I've often wondered what Merlin thought about Arthur's future. He hinted that he was aware of what was to come and I wonder if he ever struggled over whether to warn Arthur about the trials that he would face? Did he ever stay up at night and wonder? Agonize? Yeah yeah. It's a cartoon and not real. But I still wonder. :/
