I bought a chin-up bar a few months ago. It attaches to a doorframe. I use it two or three times daily and perform 10-13 chin-ups at a time. It has strengthened my stomach muscles immensely. I'm satisfied with the toned look of my torso. My arms have also become toned and strengthened. I think I look okay without my shirt on.

I would recommend a chin-up bar.
