now I'm just hungover
as some of you probably saw, I made a post that promised I'd write about Friday's events. Since I'm sitting here with nothing to do except wait for Adam to show up so we can go play raquetball I figured now was a good time to post.
We had to read M. Butterfly for History 3 and I'm really glad because it's a play I've been meaning to read for a while. Not to mention the fact that Madame Butterfly is my favorite opera. It was such a beautiful play!!! I'm in love.
The cast list for Chitra and Arabian Night went up. I didn't get in. I was pretty bummed because that had been one of the best callbacks I'd ever done. It also doesn't help that one person has now gotten the part I wanted 3 times in a row. No hard felings towards her becasue she's good, and a good person, but it just kinda sucks. I felt crappy for about an hour and then went "hey I'll just be wardrobe head again" so all is well (congrats to Devika, Lilli, Melissa, Char, Mike, Michelle, Rachelmay, and everyone else I forgot 'cause I'm lame)
Rehearsed for my directed scene "Little Murders" with Jenn and Joe. I'm really happy with how it's going. My actors are great. Joseph came to watch so I'm sure I'll hear all about what I'm doing wrong on Monday.
Wen tto Sakura with Jenn and Alexa, yum!!! We the proceded to Barnhart where Melissa was having karaoke. That was tons of fun 'cause there were about 8 people there total so we all got to sing a bunch and I got to sing some stuff I've wanted to sing for a while, but didn't want to sing a Taylor's.
Saw "Pardon my juice" at Lord Leebrick after that. Funny stuff.
Gathering at Danny and Kevo's where we played king's cup and I had to drink it when it was pabst, some otehr random beer, and peach schnopps. I think I prefered the game where we were all drinking pabst. Fun party all the same.
