You can't just go around picking fights with people. It's not what we're here for. It's not what you should be doing. If someone says they want to change, you have to give them the chance or nothing can improve. It's not fair to them. And it's not fair to us. As a team.

Honestly I don't think the world will ever be a pretty Utopian place. There will always be those who love and crave violence.

I'm not looking for a perfect world. If it was perfect, we wouldn't learn anything.
