It's 11:11 right NOW!

May 27, 2004 11:11

I woke up all of a sudden. I'm thankful because I have an English conference with my TA about my paper and I didn't set any alarms. I didn't do any of my calc hw, but I figure it'll be okay since we get to drop our lowest HW score, and since I've gotten perfect on all the other ones, it should be no prob. Except I always get this feeling about feeling bad that I'm not doing an assignment. Ah yes, it's the feeling of guilt. I mean I haven't gotten it since HS because ya.. in college you shouldn't think twice about doing an assignment... I wish I had enough time to do it now.. damn it...

Holy crap, I haven't talked on the phone for that long in ages. My friends and I in elementary school would try and see if we could stay on the phone all night to break some record, but we'd wake up to the phone being smooshed against our cheeks or the phone on the floor, while it made that loud, annoying beeping noise. Or else we'd stay up all night for a certain amount of hrs and vow to break the record another time. We were so lame. Except last night it was really nice to talk to someone for that long and get to know the person better. I think I got my cardio done for the day because of laughing so much, and I'm debating whether it actually counts to put on my log sheet for exercise. By the way, sorry for falling asleep! Dave rocks.

It's really pathetic, because of tiny "incidents" (it's not even an incident, but my thinking turned it into one) that don't mean a thing, my mind starts it's daily regimen of thinking stupid shit. I wanted to talk to this other person really bad, just to get the thoughts off my head, but ya... didn't happen. And then I think to myself all these negative, pessimistic thoughts that I shouldn't even be contemplating, especially since it's about my future. I guess I just need to realize this is a new thing right now. I wish there was a way to turn off my brain sometimes.

Just because there's only 6 days of class left, I'm already in lazy-mode. Or wait... I should say it's the end of my sophomore year and I've been in lazy-mode all along. Oh, and I won those hot earrings so they should be seen dangling from my ear lobes within a week or so.
