Ok, so I think I am getting a little closer to moving to Mont Mall at Aero. Erin and Mike, the other two managers that I work with at Tysons, are leaving to go to Fair Oaks in 2 weeks. I am pretty sure I will be leaving then as well because Chris, my DM, is trying to figure out who to put at Tysons right now. I know she has a store manager and an assistant moving to that store, so all she needs is one more assistant. It is reassuring to hear her say that she wants to get me to Mont Mall soon. We had our assitant managers meeting last Thursday. The only part that sucked about it was that it was in Potomac Mills. Luckily Jamie from Mont Mall asked if I wanted to carpool with her and Faith, so I only had to drive my usual long route to Tysons. The meeting itself went pretty well. I made my DM laugh a few times, and half of the time we just played games. At the end of the meeting she asked us to write on a piece of paper what she could do for us to help our development. I straight up told her that I want to be at Mont Mall ASAP, mostly because the drive is killing me, especially when I have to close and open the next day. So we'll see what she does about that.
I feel like all I have to talk about these days is work. How lame...
