Here goes
I don't know where to start really. I guess over the last year a few things have happened worth talking about. Erin and I got married last July. We went on a 7 day cruise to the Carribbean for the honeymoon, which was awesome. The islands were beautiful and the food on the ship was sooooo good. Starting last August I started back to school in Dothan at Wallace Community College to get my AAS in Drafting Technology. I'm going in the evenings, so that has made for some long days/weeks this past year. I should be able to finish up next Fall. Hopefully then the economy will have improved and there will be more drafting jobs out there. Ideally I think we would like to be able to relocate to a bigger city closer to family and friends, but just having a nice high paying job would do. This year has been rough, with the economy pretty much shutting down the remodel/construction industry. I've spent more time sitting at home than at work I think. I've tried to find work doing anything else but there is not anything out there really. I heard yesterday that a report listed Houston County, where I work out of, has the highest unemployment rate in the state. Figures. I guess that is really it for now. I'll update some when I have something more to say than, got up, went to work/sat at home looking for work, went to class at night and came home to sleep. Rinse, repeat...
