owww this is what impatience gets me... i tried to eat a cookie that just came out of the oven and it burned my lips :'(
anyways, bonjour mis amis!!!
so i can't chillax about my other applications!! wahhh!!!! I went to FIT's open house yesterday now I'm torn between it and pratt!! something about me i've been having a lot of trouble communicating lately. interviews and stuff like that really freak me out in general :'( i hope i get better at it!!
so on friday my sister and i never got around to making those egg custard tarts...
"omg."
"what?"
"it needs... a cup of butter and 8 eggs...."
"remember those green tea cookies we had at sunrise?"
"yea."
"let's make those."
"HELLS YEAH!"
the green tea cookies we made were AMAZING. they were pleasantly sweet with a slight bitterness in the end. only 5 ingredients and ahhhhhh!!! so i'm still very obsessed with the lychee green tea i had in chinatown... so i tried to make some by filling up our cups half full with green tea and then poured lychee juice (from the can) up to the tops. it was nice by itself without the sugar factor, but i added in some anyway hahaha. =))) it was satisfying.. we had hot little mugs of tea and green tea cookies as a late night teatime thing .... then our cousins came and we chilled until midnight. the reason why there are no photos of it is because... by midnight half of it was gone and the other half my sister took to give to ophillia as a gift ... i miss her!!
today i made chocolate chip cookies like i said i would :) i took this chance to play with my canon!!!! =) I'm really happy with the results!! i spent an hour and a half messing around and wondering how i should style it. hopefully this coming weekend i'll be able to meet up with 32minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i really don't want my dA gallery to be full of food ....
okay i really gotta work on that ap art newspaper project i've been mopin about for like days. it's due tomorrow!!!! btw, i just want to reaffirm that i really, really love the sound of pianos...
on a side note, my parents came home from my great aunt's funeral. i'm so glad they are home now. :')
