hello beautifuls!!!
i know i haven't posted for a while. no art either hahahah. this week was a downer for me. a really bad downer ... i experienced a lot of frustrating problems during special topics (individual study of web design), and i almost felt like web designing wasn't for me anymore because of the lack of success i've been having with my progress and ... i just didn't seem to enjoy it anymore. i also got sick too admist all of that :(
but then yesterday i went to the metropolitan museum in new york city with ophelia and my sister!! ho my godddd I LOVE THAT PLACE. we spent four hours in there and didn't cover everything we wanted to see!! i took a lot of pictures of greek god faces. there is one particular face of an athlete youth statue that i want to draw. i shot a picture looking up at his towering figure ... and the shadow cast on his face was so ethereal and beautifully dark. i was like,"yeah... i have to draw that..." hahahhah. after that we rushed to see the paintings and drawings. i saw claude monet's artworks... they were splendid!! but the scary thing that overwhelmed me was the size of most of the paintings. JESUS THEY'RE HUGE =O
i saw sheda today!!!! *CHEER* she came back from college for her birthday!! awww i missed her so, so much. it literally brightened up my little heart up when i saw her!! :'(((((((
i had a lot of food. and cake. hahahaha. i also saw atonement with her!!
among other things... o_greeneyes!!!! I'm attending a breast cancer walk!!! stellar!!!
oh!!! it... it came!!! MY CANON. THE CAMERA!! IT CAME!!!! :')))))))))))))))))
awwhhh i'm so excited to actually be able to play with it this week!
