Squeeze
I caught myself on the thought that I have to squeeze concepts out of my head to get them down on paper. I sketch without thinking about what the sketch means. Perhaps everyone does this; I, however, don't know this, so it keeps me thinking.
Right now, I have an unfinished painting of a landscape. My first; I want to use watercolours on it. Subtle shades of blue. Fine lines of horizontal and vertical lines. Archways and windows. It's taking a while to show up, but I'll get it to its finishing point.
There's also a street, one of many in Sharjah or Dubai. Instead of a parked car, there will be a parked set of wellies/boots. Red or yellow - I'm not sure yet.
This is all just thoughts and sketches so far.
