God bless those men and women in jeans...
I love casual Friday, and not because I can wear jeans (I wear jeans every day at work [is that a good thing {why don't I have a new job?}]). I like Friday's because I like to watch other people wear jeans. It's is a forced institution to wear jeans and look cas, even to the most uptiiiiiight suit.
Walking through the skyway today, I saw all the Target chumps wearing jeans. The group is comprised of three basic groups:
1). Trendy people who can finally dress like they do outside of work (that's cool)
2). People who don't know how to be casual, so they wear jeans with a polo or sweater or whatever and look disgustingly uncomforatble (probably slip ties on in the bathroom stall to get their fix)
3). Those who wouldn't normally otherwise wear jeans--and you can tell. They suddenly were like: "aww shit! I have to go out and buy jeans now!"
Anyways, it's as if you dressed up a petting zoo with sweaters. It seems so stressful.
Back to work though: YouTube videos of the game Rock Band, emails to Kayla, and gormet coffee.
UPDATE: I just lost $5 on a bet against Cyndi Lauper singing "Time After Time." Seriously, I didn't think it was her. Now, I'm pretty sure my life has officially failed. The proof is in the pudding.
