(no subject)
Another month has passed like a blur. Where is time going. But, the good news is that I am having a blast as it goes. Craig and I are headed up north of Two Harbors this weekend for a weekend of cuddling and hot tub at a resort on the lake. I usually like to go up north to see the leaves(I sound like my grandma!). It is also my birthday this Sunday, so we thought it would be a nice weekend for a trip.
We are supposed to go to a potluck at our church tonight for the GLBT group. I have a bit of a cold going on and haven't made anything. I thought about whipping up a pot of chili or tater tot hot dish, but getting my hair cut took precedence. LOL! I guess something from the Cub deli might have to do. Chinese might be an idea, too.
I know I haven't mentioned this yet, but I asked my sister to stand up with me when Craig and I get married. She was thrilled and I am honored to have someone that means so much to me do this. She and I have a really special bond, though you wouldn't have know it when we were growing up! Craig has asked his cousin, Nancy to stand up for him. Hmmm, two gals on either side of us. LOL! We are starting to look for formal wear for the wedding and are looking at dresses. Oy! I am glad that we have it easy, Would you like a vest or a cumberbund? I think that I am going to need some help in this dress department. Actually, I am going to let my sister pick something out that Nancy can get too. The one hitch though is that my sister is 35 and she is getting married the day after Christmas. The running joke now is how quick is she going to get pregnant as they both want kids. So, my sister could be pregnant in the wedding. So that complicates things a bit.
