home-buying issues: "the roof is gone"
My home inspection was this morning. The AC unit needs to be replaced, and the roof also. Hail damage, apparently. The last hail storm in Collin Co was in 2003. I am working on writing an amendment to the contract offering to buy the house at full price if the seller will fix the roof.
