Life as it is....
Things are good! I'm on holidays this week - woo-hoo!! Not doing
anything special, just hanging out & doing little stuff around the
house. Today I'm doing nothing! Yesterday was a trial, tho. Was up
at best friends trailer & discovered I'd locked J's keys in the
car. Discovered this as I was washing caked in sand out of pups.
Called road side assistance & they came in about an hour but it
took him ~45 min to open the car. It was the first time he'd tried a
Hyundai Accent. I knew they were hard to get into (the guy we leased
it from said, " you don't need an alarm...". Now I know why. Then!
On our way back, we popped a tire! Lovely. So with the help of a nice
man who did all the work for us on the side of road, we got the spare
on & we drove to Canadian tire & now have 2 new tires on the
car. Saturday was interesting, too. I went garage saleing in the am
& got an AMAZING DEAL. You will never guess how much I paid for a
Pentax 35mm camera with ALL the accessories!!!! It's worth over $1000
at least. guess, guess how much I paid?????? $55. That's it. Now I
just have to download the English instructions... btw, if you heard a
dog barking yesterday afternoon, it was probably George. I don't know
what to do to him but me, J, & both of my parents are at our wits
ends! He just kept barking at everything yesterday afternoon in my
parents yard. Oi! Then he & Bella were almost eaten by a pissed
off Doberman who they kept barking at. I think I need to go see a
trainer about George...
