Vacation Day Four
One word will describe yesterday HOT!!! It got up to 95 degrees. By the time I went to bed last night, it had cooled down to 83.5. Anyway, I holed up in my brother's house. I did go out to the market as I had decided to make dinner last night. I made Chicken Piccata and Berry Shortcake for dessert. I was nuts and should have had my head examined. I should have made a nice refreshing salad, but no. I wanted to show off.
I will say that I think it turned out okay. Everyone liked it.
Other than that, I worked on my quilt and watched some TV.
