today is an effed up day.
i was stuck at biz law for about 5 hours trying to figure out how to answer the question in relation to the marks allocated. generally the rule is that the more the marks, the more u gotta write. but i really had a hard time trying to present my arguments to answer the questions using the Issue-LegalPrinciples-Application-Conclusion format. and where only a certain rule is relevant to the case, do i go through the rest under the same heading? because ultimately they yield the same conclusion.
and yada yada yada. the list goes.
i absolutely hate the feeling of not knowing what to write or what is required of me. eff off, essays. give me back regression. fast, straightforward, efficient.
basically i'm jus pissed with how inefficiently i've wasted my time. on business law.
and i really think i pay school fees for nothing. for something so simple as to attach a correct link to the correct examiners report - that they cannot do. so i don't get to mark my business law practice paper despite the tremendous effort i've put in. pissed. same happened for IT papers. NTU ought to be shot in the butt.
it really is the first time i am pissed with business law.
this, in addition to how much time i've wasted chasing mosquitoes, is extremely annoying to me.
to all you mosquitoes out there: I DO NOT have the luxury of time to play hide and seek with u. all u mosquitoes ought to be shot a thousand, million times over and banished to hell and never to be reincarnated again.
the day went by like this:
1. sit down, think about the question, start to write
2. mosquito comes around
3. leaves seat to try to kill it. that means running 2 rounds around the table.
4. mozzie flies out of sight.
5. sit down and continue
6. repeat step 2 - 5 for 3 times
7. mozzie killed.
8. repeat entire process for 4 times
