Cold showers suck ass...
Betcha when you saw that subject you thought this post was going to be about something else, didn't you, you pervs...Come on, you can admit it.
So I haven't posted publicly in a while. Here goes. Got up this morning dead tired, due to a late night phone call. Not that I mind. The phone call was extremely pleasant. Anyway, not what this post is about. I got up and went into the bathroom to take a shower. I turned on the water, and stuck my hand under the shower head just to make sure that I wasn't going to be stepping into a cold shower. Which, if I had not of done that, I would have. The water was quite chilly. I turned the water off and trudged downstairs to have a look at the furnace. The pilot light was off. Argh! So, I attempted to get it going again. It didn't work. So I called the oil company that maintains our furnace, and they said that if they come out tonight it will be considered overtime. Oh well. What choice do I have? I will not take another cold shower like the one that I took this morning. No way.
I also have to call the insurance company about the deer that hit my truck, the vet about the dog, and H&R Block to get my taxes done...why oh why does this stuff just seem to come at the same time? Plus I have to pay bills. Bah! This day sucks! Okay, not really, but still...you know what I mean.
I'm actually is a pretty good mood considering my head is pounding and I feel like death ran me over with a steamroller, reversed and backed over me again. Oh well, I'm sure it will pass. I spent a very pleasant evening chatting last night, although my Internet connection kept booting me off. That was quite annoying.
Anyway, guess that is it for now. My life in a nutshell...
