Birthday
So yesterday I went to my mom's to celebrate my birthday, i was fun, got some cool presents, and the food, Mexican, was great. A lot of people i hadn't seen in a long time showed up, but only one of my friends could make it. It was nice to talk with people and see my puppy, Sonata, and Tsuru, the Siamese kitten w/ purple eyes. Still I felt kind of sad that none of my friends (except Henrik) could make it . And then i had to leave early since he had to be up for work at 4 am. I didn't get to have a giant s'more, made with the Huge marshmallows they bought. and today...my actual birthday... I'm home alone, it is my night to be in charge of making dinner, I have to cancel my bank account, and just feel rather alone and un-accomplished. I can feel time slipping passed me. I woke up with good intentions I was going to do something, be productive, and I haven't and am not . I'm going to spend my Birthday money on presents I wont get till March, though since I'm 28 and jobless I should save it for when I need it. Not going to, I need a pick me up. Why is it my Birthdays always seem to suck or be melancholy? I hope I can find some positive things in today.
