Tired and winding down
It's been a while since I made a real update.
I guess I'm probably at trouble in school again, huh. I didn't mean to be absent for so long. Seems I came down with something, but I'm better now. I'll be back on Monday.

Mother's day, huh? I guess some things do stay the same from world to world. It's not at the same time as ours was, but it seems like the same idea.
I do miss her. My mother, I mean. It's funny... I never thought I would. I was so eager to get out, so ready to get off the island and away from everything I knew. I didn't even think about missing them. Even if I never saw them again, I didn't think it would be important.
I wonder if she's okay. Everything should have gone back to normal when all the worlds were restored, so she and Dad should be at home and fine. But I wonder sometimes if they miss me.
I wish I'd said good-bye.

I forgot to tell you before, but there's some gauze in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. I think there's some cream in there too to prevent infection.
