When Wilson had woken up that morning, he'd felt like a new man, though he suspected that this was something he'd done before. He only had a foggy memory concerning pie and the kitchen at the boarding house, but the specifics weren't really necessary. It was the feelings he remembered clearly, and that was the important part, right? And waking up next to House had certainly helped in that department ( ... )

Greg snoozed through Wilson's little mask withdrawal charade so when he heard the shuffling, he opened one eye out of habit. Oh right, Blind. "What are you doing?" that was a groan of disdain and 'Round 2 please' if there ever was one. "Aw, it's the party."

Wilson jumped slightly when House spoke. He'd been so concentrated on getting ready for the party that he hadn't noticed that House was awake. He smiled and looked over at the man. God, he was gorgeous in the morning. Momentarily leaving his position at the closet, he went back over to the bed and sat down next to House, leaning in to kiss him somewhat chastely on the mouth.

"Yes, the party. There's a couple of tuxes in the closet, probably courtesy of West," he said, not sure how to feel about that. He really felt like dressing up, but right now anything to do with West scared him a bit.

"West can go eat a-" Whhoops thinking out loud, not expected, "Insert penis euphemism here." Tuxedoes are not fun for the man used to a clean shirt fished out of the floor and jeans older than his cane. In fact, he doesn't want to go, even when Wilson's kisses try to persuade him.

Wilson pouted despite the fact that he knew House couldn't see it. He wasn't surprised though. House hated this kind of thing, mostly. He huffed before placing another kiss on House's mouth and standing again. "If there's one thing I've learned about you over the years, it's that I can't force you to do anything. I'm going though, and I was kind of hoping you'd come with me."

Suddenly, an idea came to mind and House stood up with a smirk. "You know what? I'm coming with you..." That smirk speaks volumes as to the pranks and downright mischievous nature of the change. If he was going to the party, he was going to show off two things:

1) He fucked Wilson

2) He fucked Wilson even after West erased the memory.

"Help me get dressed."

Wilson eyed House suspiciously, but there was a glint in his eyes that screamed mischief. And he didn't even have to be persuasive. He loved it when House was like that. It meant he was up to something and Wilson was in the perfect mood for it. He was reminded of all their pranks and bets and how much he enjoyed those games.

"I'm glad you changed your mind," he said, his tone reflecting the mischief in his eyes. It also had a bit of a sultriness to it, indicating that he really was up for anything.

He grabbed the tux that was obviously made for someone a bit taller and more slender than he, and walked over to House. Wilson couldn't help but think that he much preferred getting House undressed, but that was something that could wait until later.

Wait, they're choosing to wait? Horror of Horrors. "What? Where's the tux?" If he's going to pimp Wilson, he'd best do it right!

"What, what?" Wilson asked in his best innocent voice as he slipped his hands down House's chest. "The tux is right here." He was planning on making the most of this, and in the end, he did so love House in a tux.

"I'm blind; mind putting the damn thing on? I have an Amber to disgrace and a West to call out." The way House said these words were straight to the point and not exactly vague about it all.

"That's what I was going to do. I can't help it if you being naked is distracting," he replied, sounding almost nonchalant. "And please don't go after Amber. She's messed up enough as is. To her she's only just died." He sounded more serious this time. He didn't want to hurt House, but the man had to know that Wilson was happy to have Amber around. He may not be with her anymore, but he had loved her, very much in fact, and he still very much missed her and liked having her around.

"Here, put this on," he said, handing House an undershirt in a way that would allow him to put it on himself. "You don't cover up soon and we're going to be late." What? He couldn't help it. His libido wasn't waning and House was looking quite good.

Oh hi, Dead Girlfriend Guilt. Glad to see you're still alive. There was a notable hesitation at Wilson's advancements when he revealed this, so much that the diagnostician manages to avoid touching him. Of course he loves her, fuck me. Excuse him for being jealous and petty, but enough of his default settings. "I know, so hurry up."

Wilson wasn't stupid and he didn't just meet House yesterday. He knew he'd failed in not hurting the other man, but also knew that calling him on it wouldn't help anything. At the same time though, House must know him too, right? He had to know that he wasn't going to just ignore Amber, or let House get away with going over board. No one knew better than he did just how badly House had felt about his involvement in Amber's death, but Wilson also knew that Amber had gotten onto that bus of her own accord and that House had had nothing to do with the out of control garbage truck ( ... )

As a way to ease the awkward, House grabbed Wilson and placed a light kiss. He then slipped his hands around the hips. "I am going to behave if slightly better but for the sake of the relationship," he murmured between lips. The negotiations are going to be ten times more aggressive now...

"Give me my mask." The white, featureless one, unfitting of House's smirk.

Wilson placed a gentle hand on House's cheek and kissed back. It hit him again that he couldn't quite believe he'd forgotten all of this, nor how easily they seemed to fit back together, like it was the most natural thing in the world. Maybe it was.

"Take your pants first," Wilson said lightly, handing them over before going to grab House's mask and get dressed himself.

"You cad."

He'll get your memory back, one day at a time. But for now, stuffy party time.
