Thank you, LJ for making me late and eating this post. You bastards.
Anyway. Mod announcements: I've added a new mod to the team, who's an old mod who added me to the team waaaaaay back when, so say hello to Rycca who plays Snape who is awesome.
Second of all: Mask plot. First talked about
here. Everyone should have a mask by now, and thus be under the effects of it.
Mask Type 1:
Standard Carnival Type masks. These are the sort of masks you think of when you think of Mardi Gras or Carnival. They can be as ornate or as plain as you wish them to be. And they look however you'd like them to look. Basically, go nuts with them.
Got them (If I missed them, let me know and I'll add them.:

When you put these masks on, it's like having lower inhibitions. Like you're drunk.
Your character will find themselves being flirty and lighthearted, teasing and coy. These masks are all about making your character feel happy. It's a party. Enjoy it.
Mask Type Two:
Blank white masks. When your character puts a blank white mask on, it completely hides their identity. The eye holes become generic, and you cannot see into the depths of them. The character becomes average height, average weight and generic clothing. The longer they wear this mask, the more of themselves they lose. They find them taking themselves taking on a bit of a will of the collective, and they find themselves liking it.
Snape.
Mask Type Three:
The sack mask. These are rare, and for good reason. When your character places this mask on their head, they essentially become a copy of another character in Peaksville. A perfect copy. They can either be aware of it or not, it's entirely up to you.
We need people to volunteer to have their faces be cloned for the masks.
Additionally, NPCs will be wearing the faces of some of your friends, you guys.
