So, I recently got into dubbing Final Fantasy scenes, and discovered that I really enjoy voice acting. And apparently I'm not half bad either. I even did some auditioning and actually got the part I was auditioning for (that never happens to me). So in the future I'll be doing the voice of Edea from FFVIII in some Final Fantasy dubs, as well as a faery queen in a homemade anime. The anime looks pretty cute, even though magical girl style ones usually make me gag. It kind of reminds me of Angel Moxie, which was a comic I used to read (it ended sadly) that was magical girl themed. Of course, considering the main character broke her magic wand/staff thing a day or so after she got it, it was a little different than most "magical girl" things. But hey, how often to you get to play a queen? ;) Hopefully there will be other projects in the future.
I also acted out/dubbed a scene from the comic Dominic Deegan, which was loads of fun. I may do more of those in the future as well. And who knows, maybe I could make a career out of this? And maybe pigs'll fly, but hey, who knows? They put a dog in space after all.

On another note, Final Fantasy IX is love. I adore that game. And, despite the fact that he wears a man-thong, Kuja is quite possibly my favorite Final Fantasy villain. I think it has something to do with the fact that I almost cried when he died (he had a good soul after all!). That, and he was such a vain, arrogant, narcissistic jerkface that I couldn't help but like him as a villain. Of course, then I ended up just liking him in general. I mean come on, he saves the heroes in the end, and then when Zidane tells him that everyone got out okay he's genuinely glad. Maybe I should just stop liking Final Fantasy characters, because something awful always seems to happen to them. Except in FFVIII. Or XII.
Hmmm, half and hour to kill until Bleach and Cowboy Bebop come on...maybe I'll watch another episode of The Twelve Kingdoms. E gads, that is a gorgeous anime. And sadly extremely under appreciated.
