This is the story of the sad man...me...A long time ago in the Lower East Side the sad man was born. t the time he wasn't known as the sad man, he was known as Vincent. Vincent went through his life feeling safe, secure and loved by all those around him. Everyhing was what many people would call "perfect"...till the day of his 10th birthday. For some reason, Vincent was able to feel the sorrow and pain of all those around him. At first people were in awe of his abilities, but like most of humanity...they feared what they did not know or understand, and so they shunned Vincent. Friends were non-existant and when that rare friend would be found they had a tendancy to leave without warning. Leaving Vincent with a feeling of loss and emptiness...and so the Sad Man was born.
From that day on his 10th birthday he felt this sorrowful, empty feeling and he did all he could to fill that void...The worst thing that could possibly happen to a guy at 16 happened when his feelings over-powered him. He was attending college, his first year and it was in a new city. Things were going horribly wrong but he pushed forward despite all that was happening around him. He was about to let all the outside sadness overtake him but just then he found someone that seemed to understand him and all of his problems.
He meets up with this understanding man one night and then...Catastrophe. The Sad Man gets into the the guys car and drives off into the night. An hour later they arrive at the guys house. The guy sets the mood and acts very understanding and receptive to Vincent's stories, as Vincent pours his heart out to this one person that wanted to listen. Then the guy wanted to show Vincent some pictures and watch movies and Vincent in all his innocence followed along, like a child. Once Vincent got into the guys room an away from all doors and routes "escape" the guy began to force himself on to Vincent. The guy overpowered him and there was nothing Vincent could do...he tried to yell out for help but no one came...he was all alone...so all he could do was cry...in silence...
Stay tooned for part 2
