I don't care anymore.
So I'm going confirm my study abroad application by paying the tuition fee before the deadline.
I read that I can still get full refund if I decided to cancel the application by June 22, 2015.
So if I get accepted by any internships or cs related work, I will just cancel my application to study abroad, but at the meantime, I am going to confirm it.
I do not need any regrets.
