I-I don't know what happened... I sorta kinda... burned my first batch of chocolate... I swear, it's never happened before! I don't really know how.. or why.. it even happened.. I was watching the stove the entire time...
.. I'm okay. It'll just take longer to make a new batch. I just hope the smoke clears up really soon.
