today was the worst day ever.. right before i left for work i found out that my cousin jay [who has been over in iraq for almost a year for the second time] was injured in line of combat. i've kept him in my prayers that he stay safe and it was a complete shot through the heart; i guess it's true-- you don't really understand the full affect of what's going on over there until it affects your family.. we are still not sure how he is.. or where he is. i also found out that my uncle (from the same side of the family) had chemo for his cancer last wednesday and he had a bad reaction with it and has taken a turn for the worst.. when i walked into work this morning my manager brent told me, "i guess what they say is true.. when it rains, it pours". and.. it is true.
now all my family can do it pray.. nothing is in our hands.. and all we can do is wait by the phone to hear word..
