[Unfortunately for Roxas, he'd left Riku's room by the time the next change hit. What's visible on the Sphere seems to show he's back in his own room, apparently for a supply run, from the items scattered about

Yes. I'm not sure what you remember, if anything, but you have a few friends on this ship I suggest you stay close to, Roxas. They're Sora, Riku, and Kairi, and then an older person with your name too.
.... [he regards Sasuke for a moment, expression still eerily, completely blank. He looks down at his hands. Wiggles his fingers lightly. Looks back up again.]
[ Well that's pleasant. Explaining how the fairy-tale logic of Roxas's universe works should honestly be left to someone from that universe, but he owes Roxas an answer. ]
I'm going to guess you don't feel anything because you don't remember ever having felt anything. There are... ways of changing that, but the worlds you come from put a sort of handicap on your ability to feel.
[ he looks serious, and sincere. ]
If you want to use the terms of where you're from, then you're part of a race who claim to be Nobodies, simply because they're born out of the strength of will to live of another human being, before they lose their heart, figuratively or literally.
You're Roxas... or if you have a heart, I suppose the theory is you're Sora.
[ pause; the strange fact is that's apparently literally true. ]
You're not 'nobody' to me, or any of the people who talk to you. Why ask questions if you can't feel curiosity? Why say Sora is a better name than Roxas? Why have a preference, if you really don't feel?
[ he shakes his head, potentially to shut himself up. better people are awake and taking now. ]
You exist. Even if you remember nothing, you can start creating your own memories today.
You're Roxas.
[ and he hopes to hell SOMEONE WITH BETTER KID SKILLS COMES ALONG. Or at least the know how to give Roxas some identity. ]

I don't know anything.

No, you don't. You used to, and you will again, but you don't right now.
[ and a serious question; ]
What would you like to know?

Why I don't feel afraid. I don't feel anything.

.. I don't know anything. Learning is good. It fills up all the blank space. [headtilt] I don't know. It just seems right.
[pause. that actually hadn't occurred to him.] .. okay.

For a kid who says he doesn't know anything, you're sure saying a lot.
[ pfft, he hates talking to kids. particularly ones with apparent complexes. ]
Though I suggest you avoid Zexion, Vexen, and Larxene. They're neither kid-friendly, nor well-intentioned... for those outside themselves, I suppose.
