It's out of character for me to comment on random people's journals, but I found you through tattoo_ink, and was curious enough to meander over here. I just wanted to send a message your way encouraging you to keep your chin up. I can remember going through some similar stuff when I was your age...just keep looking forward. This is all going to pass. High school is such an awful judgmental time, and even though in a lot of ways the world outside of high school isn't much better, there's at least a sense of comforting anonymity you gain when you "move on" from it. You get more chances to live for yourself, and not for others--others who you know shouldn't matter to you, but who still do. This could all be really off-base, so I apologize if that's the case. Just remember to love and respect yourself, even if everything around you seems to be telling you not to. Sometimes you have to give a good old "fuck you" to all the stereotypes saying that you need to feel bad about yourself--as stiff and binding as stereotypes seem, they have the ability to melt away if you just stay strong and live through them. Plus, you seem to have some great creative writing skills, and that's a talent that very few people seem to have, and one that comes in handy in soooo many different areas! Sorry if I sound like a random preachypreacherson. I'm sure I do! But hey, I don't really mind. I just hope this hits a few of the right chords : -) Take care!
