Well you get it a day late because I generally update in the morning.
As a fat guy, you can tell by looking at me that I love food.
Breakfast - Breakfast consisted of my "Big Cup O Ghetto Mocha" I have a giant coffee cup on my desk here at work. Every morning I wander down to the break room here at work and empty a packet of swiss miss chocolate milk mis into the bottom of it with a packet of equal. Then I fill it to the brim with coffee, stir add a little ice just to take the scalding heat away, and consume over the course of an hour. I also stopped by the vending machine and picke up a Key Lime Danish.... The danish was ok, it kept me from getting too crazy hungry before lunch.
Lunch was eaten at a favorite local establishment called Egg Works. I had a nice Arnold Palmer, and an Asiago Bacon Cheese Burger with roasted red peppers and a side of onion rings. Egg Works makes some damn fine onion rings too. I think that at some point im gonna get this burger with out the red peppers. They are yummy and I like the taste but they over power the funny cheese and detract a little from the bacon. lettuce, pickles, tomato and onion were provided on the side. The pickles were eaten seperatly, and the tomatoes were eaten with salt and pepper.
Back at my desk, I made sure to have a Diet Dr Pepper to sip as the afternoon wore on, and a glass of water. Around 2 I finished off the last 3 oreo cookies from a package at my desk. I love some Oreo Cookies
DInner was eaten around 9 ish and consisted of a chicken bowl from a local joint called Zabas. Think Chipotle with out as much of the heavy cilantro taste. Brown rice, grilled chicken, grilled red, green, and yellow peppers, cheese, pico de gallo, a tasty cilantro pesto sauce, and lettuce, all mixed together. A cup of Barques Root beer with a slice of Lemon in it and a brownie for desert.
