Ya know. I love it when customers tell me "well Im gonna get my laywers involved" because that officially makes their issue above my pay grade.
Its even better when they are gonna get their lawyers involved for a matter of about 300 bucks. cause they are probobly paying thier lawyer more than what they would have to pay us.
