(no subject)
The lab I had to go to yesterday went better than I thought it would, quicker too. *smiley* We ended up getting out at 1:30. *dance* Forgot that it was the Feeding and Mouth Care lab. *grin* Had to pick up applesauce. Got to feed Jason and brush his teeth (and tongue!). The kick was, we had to eat what we brought. Jason brought Sweet Potato baby food. *LOL* And I fed him 5 huge spoon fulls of it. He almost puked.
Speaking of puke. Jason didn't go to work at Careage today, called up and said he had been throwing up. Well he fucked himself there. One, you need a doctors note if you call in sick on the weekends, or you can't come back to work. Two, we have a Noro Virus warning at work. If you call in puking you need a doctors note saying you don't have the virus before you come back. No matter what he does, he can't come back for 7 days. At least he just started that second job at Taco Bell. *evil chuckle at friends expense* He gets what he gets. He faked cuz he drank, he gets what he gets, we where short as all hell at work today.
One lady got up, and promptly fell down. Hard. All she said was "I want to sleep". And damn if she wasn't going to. Right after that, the lady down the hall starts power puking. I mean raw power. I can wipe ass, but I don't do throw up. I'll join in. *shudder* At least Misty worked today, got yelled at by her fiance for coming in on her day off, but we would have died without her help today. I would have had no certified help in Medicare, and that's a big no no.
After work was great. Since it's Mikey's day off, we decided to go hike over at Ebey's Landing. We went all the way up and around, then down and back. Awesome beautiful day for it. Am itchy burnt right now. Can't wait for the hurty burnt *thumbs-up* At least I'll be a lil tan after this. Found a cool spot to picnic way the hell up there. Gotta get a bathing suit to tan there too. It'll be great.
