A lot has happened lately. I met a man in Traverse Town who went by the name of Leon. He was a bit aloof the entire time, but I think we might become better friends, maybe. Then again, maybe not. And he might be reading this, so hello there!
After speaking with him for a while, I had wanted to get on to another world, because if I stay in Traverse for too long, I end up never getting anywhere and I just sit around like a lump. The problem was, I didn't have enough money to hitch a ride on a gummi ship, much less rent one. So I figured I'd be shit out of luck, until I ran into a wizard named Fai. He was very nice and actually helped me get to Montressor. Nice place, even if I wasn't there very long.
I spent some time filling him in, since he just escaped his dying world, but then he had to go, and I didn't want to be stranded there. So I ended up back in Traverse again. Nice big circle I took. Ah well.
Fai might be reading this as well, so I'll say hi to him, too. Hello!
Man, things are tough now. It's hard to try and ignore it. Times are rough and we can't avoid it. We can't avoid what's happening. I can't, anyways. I'm trying, but I have to do something.
And yet I can't even get the courage to go back to my home town. What the hell am I so scared of, anyways? Ugh.
I need some money. Leon, could we meet up, maybe? I'd like to talk to you and hear about that idea of yours. If not, that's good, too. Just let me know.
