Who: Squall Leonhart and Yuffie Kisaragi
What: Breakfast and a ride to school one Monday morning.
When: Monday, around ten.
Where: China town; Yuffie’s place.
Warnings: None, yet. Otherwise, Squall just being pessimistic so far!
Squall originally had no intention of giving Yuffie a ride to the university. He hardly gave anyone rides unless it was the Matron at The Kramer, or on occasion his room mate. Firstly, he thought it his own little private place,
his car. He had worked his fingers to the bone for it and was still paying for it, so why shouldn’t anyone else work just as hard to get their own car?
Yuffie had been so persistent though. Assumed automatically that Squall would say yes (He guessed she was partly right, seeing as he just pulled up to the curb.) but his ultimate goal in doing this was to get her to stop calling him those stupid little ‘affectionate’ nicknames. It got under his skin, and in most cases it just annoyed him. Squall didn’t do nicknames, let alone affection as she had described it.
Yuffie was weird. A part of him was quite convinced this would be the last time he would have to deal with her. Expecting the worst, Squall turned off the car and got out, heading toward the apartment doors.
