Who: Jane, Belle and whoever else decides to join
What: An afternoon of fun!
Where: Fossil Roo Amusement Park
When: Saturday Afternoon
Warnings: From Belle and Jane there will be nothing but sweetness and light!
The weather was beautiful, making it a perfect day for the amusement park. Jane waited by the entrance to the park, her attention focused on a pair of squirrels picking at left overs in the trash. A lot of people found squirrels to be a nuisance, but Jane found them charming! And these two little fellows were putting on quite a show.
Jane, being the ever resourceful girl that she is, always kept a sketch pad and a pencil on her person. The sketch pad she pulled out of her bag, the pencil she pulled from her hair. She quite often used pencils to pull her hair up and out of her face, it was a sure way to always have one handy. Removing one of them left at least three others. Jane always made sure to have an extra.
She sat down on one of the benches and began to draw, quickly forgetting that this was supposed to be a day out with Belle. She met Belle at the library and the two had quickly bonded over their love of books. Despite the fact that Jane tended to lean more towards the nonfiction section and Belle the fiction section of the library, they always found plenty to talk about. Book lovers were wonderful sources of information.
