It was a Wednesday and it was the same. Friday, same thing. Sunday, still no reprieve. If this was the normal state of things, then anything else would be considered change he wonders idly. It was Thursday, still there. He checked in on a Monday, yup, still hurt. Tuesday he was prepared, he woke up to a day full of hell, swinging his legs out of bed, letting his head fall into his hands, hair fall through his fingers, begging the day away. He pleads with the morning, bartering strength for sanity. I swear… he doesn't finish. Yup, still there.
