The celestial events taking place now are amazing. Pluto rules nations, and Capricorn rules governments. The last time Pluto was in Capricorn was from 1763 to 1778. This was the time of the American Revolution which culminated in the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The next time that Pluto returns to Capricorn is in November 2008.
