So, I've been in NAS for six days of my two week holiday which require early mornings to catch two trains, seven hours of painting and late nights catching two trains home resulting in me being very exhausted.
Anyway, I had procrastinated on the first day - well I was searching for an image I wanted to paint and found Justus Juncker's 'Pear' quite a beautiful Still Life/Vanitas painting. So I painted it - non stop for 4 days at the studio. It was tiring...very tiring. And laborious. End result - well I was the only one who painted in a realistic style so mine did stand out of the crowd. I was also proud of having mine placed on the stage right in the middle. That felt good. :)
