So, my diet for the next few days (I have up until Dec. 11th in my thinspiration book):

B(Breakfast): (1/2 cup) oatmeal
L(Lunch): Greek salad
D(Dinner):(1 serving=palm size)Grilled Chicken strips

B:oatmeal
L:salad w/ dressing
D:Greek salad

B:2 eggs
L: oatmeal
D:greek salad

B:oatmeal
L:chicken
D:salad w/ dressing

B:2 eggs
L:oatmeal
D: Greek salad

So that's up to Friday, and I will edit this post to say if I'm getting lighter hee hee, also if anyone wants to join me? I'm pretty sure it works so long as this is ALL you eat...no snacking...only red bull (1 a day if any), and coffee (with only a bit of SKIM MILK, no 1/2 and 1/2...that stuff is death)
