Just a spouse....

Please excuse me if I use this space for a little therapy since I can't afford (and don't have time) for an actual therapist or support group other than my blog. *sigh ( Read more... )

When I read all this I went through all sorts of emotions. First I was surprised about this quack, calling himself a doctor. As I read on I got furious and angry. And towards the end all I felt was I wanted to cry. What was being said to you is so outrageous! That charlatan should have to hand in his medical licence or whatever it is he's got that allows him to treat patients.

As you probably know I don't believe in Him, but rest assured, my thoughts are with you. Have been for a long time now. And I'll always keep sending good vibes your way.

Uli - I love you too. *hugs* Thank you.

I went through all of those emotions too....*sigh*

Seriously? All notes for the sitcom I'm working on....

I can find ways to make people laugh at it. :) Therapy!

Honestly, I don't think I can even begin to imagine what it must be like for you. I mean... 2008... that was like ages ago. Must be one hell of a rollercoaster ride emotion wise. But I think the most amazing and admirable part about it is to see that marriages still can work. The way you stick to your hubby, the way you stand up for him, the way you have his back, the way you're always there for him... I just hope he'd do the same for you.

And despite all this, you still manage to smile. You are an extraordinary woman! And I love you to bits for that! <333

LOL - I joke with him all the time that he's totally stuck with me. ;) He would (and has) done the same for me.

At one of his appointments (where the doctor was completely ignoring that I was even in the room and asking question - I may as well have been wearing a burqa - seriously) My husband said "Let me get something straight right now. This is my wife. Her questions matter. You will look at her when she speaks, answer her questions when she asks and you will respect her as a valid and valued part of my medical care. It's because of her that they found out what's really wrong with me so you will not dismiss her anymore."

:) He's the bestest hubby ever. *grins*
