You know...

Life's just...wow these days.

My daughter has her first loose tooth. Breakfast was sorely interrupted, disturbed, distracted, and drawn out after her discovery of this. Every single bite of her bagel was sure to be 'the one' that would take out her tooth. She's so excited about it! I hope it comes out easily for her. :)

Work is work is work. The new episodes of the radio show start airing tomorrow. They're pretty good if I do say so myself. The first episode is by the other author. Mine will air next week and the week after. We split the season by storylines so we go back and forth on authorship. The kids are excited. They've already begun speculating what this new season will be about. It's exciting to watch. I can't wait to see what they think when they hear the episodes. And work at Fireside is busy too. There should be a big announcement sometime in the next week or so. (Fingers crossed on that!) So keep watching Brad's blog.

I watched Tennis Anyone?. It was HILARIOUS. I was cracking up. If you have the chance to check it out or rent it at Blockbuster, do. Donal Logue is absolutely fantastic. Kirk Fox and Jason Isaacs are phenomenal.

Hubby's thumb is still bothering him. At his follow up visit he got a doc that walked in and told him nothing was wrong with his thumb. No exam. No X-rays with him although he said he checked them. He took off the splint and the ace bandage and told hubby to 'suck it up'. Even though hubby's thumb was purple, still swollen, and couldn't be moved. I just hope that it's not a worse injury that's been misdiagnosed. It bothers me that hubby's still choosing to splint it and take meds. That's not like him at all. He's the tough guy. Pain doesn't phase him. So fingers crossed he's doing okay.

And..I think that's about it. LOST is getting good. Anyone still watching? What do you think??

Scout is adapting to our house well too. She's got such personality! I love it! She crates herself on her own at night. She's playing with the kids every day. She loves being here. (You can just tell.) And I swear sometimes the two of us have conversations. I know exactly what she's thinking. She cracks me up. She's settled down a lot. Completely content to be with us and snuggled or loved. We don't have to be playing ALL the time. (Although if we do, that's fine by her.)And she's still completely long suffering with the kids. They have tripped and fallen on her or grabbed her (we do try to stop it, but they're LITTLE) and she just looks at them. She's really of a wonderful temperment!

So...what's the latest in everyone else's corner of the world?
