Origin: Has yet to be revealed in canon. For game's sake, Kate is a very bored woman with a lot of opinions. The activities of Intergang began to negatively affect the growth of her family's business, and so Kate took it upon herself to stop the gang in its tracks. Outfitting herself with the best in combat gear and weaponry, she assumed the mantle of Batwoman and started tearing strips from gang organizations throughout Gotham. So far, no one has had the guts to stop her. She's yet to be confronted directly by Batman concerning her name and costume, having only joined the superhero business in the last nine months, but the inevitable showdown is definitely coming.
