christmas dinner w/ the flat
last night, daisy and anna cooked up a gorgeous feast for our flat's christmas dinner. we had turkey (thanks to matt), potatoes, christmas pudding, yorkshire pudding [not as good as mum's], broccoli (thanks to katy), brussel sprouts, stuffing, etc. kaz had even bought some christmas crackers for the flat which was quite gracious of her since i signed up for "crackers" and instead of buying the christmas crackers that you open i bought cheese crackers which you eat. LOL. silly joy! at least we were able to use them for a dare later.
the evening was lovely. we had dinner, played truth or dare?, had Secret Santa, and dessert. i had bought sean a little bailey's gift box which he seemed to enjoy. yay for easy gifts. :-D i received, from tim, 5 or so beautiful prints of england which will be fun to hang in my room. :)
well into the night, maybe (12 am)? katy and i parted w/ the party and found our beds. :)all in all though, it was a lovely evening!!! i am definitely going to miss my flatmates.
