still sick...
thankfully katy had some sudafed (sp?) so she gave me a heep of 'em to help with my congestion. its so sad when you live on a flat and when ONE person gets sick the WHOLE flat gets sick... katy is sick, too, now.
last night my flat had a meeting with our flat reps. who told us that there were several occurances of vandalism (graffiti w/ pen) and arson (burning papers on the floor)! Wow. We also found out that the locks on our flat's main doors had been tampered with and are now not working. That means the only door keeping me from the rest of the school is my own room door - gotta be extra good about locking it.
today i finished my BBST paper which is due next Wednesday and I started my Shakespeare paper today. Hopefuly I'll have it finished by Tuesday and I can start my Victorian Lit. paper in time for my tutorial with Mark on Wednesday after class.
i had planned on going to Scotland today using my britrail pass but because i'm still under the weather and this cold has hindered my studying at max. capacity i am postponing the rest of my travels 'til next week and the last... i'm hoping to still go to - Glasgow, Wales (with Kathy), Stratford-Upon-Avon (where Shakespeare was from) and Brighton.
Yikes! time is hurrying by so so fast. i only have 2 weeks left and then I'm outta here. I'm definitely looking forward to going home but I am also sad to realize how much of this I'm going to miss - the tube, ASDA, my Vict. Lit. class, the West End, Parliament Square, Hillsong, and my ability to just scamper around England. :-D
oh, i got my WOMAN IN WHITE cd today. yay! i can't wait to listen to it... I'm going w/ katy to see the show my last week here... our last West End show...
