Breaking off a relationship

I really want to read some fics where either Jack or Ianto is in a relationship with someone else and breaks up with them to start seeing Jack/Ianto.

Something like Jack being with Gwen and then breaking up with her to start a relationship with Ianto instead or Ianto leaving Lisa to be with Jack.
