Abandoned Jack
Hello everyone!
I've been marathoning new Who and got to 'Utopia' where the Doctor straight up tells Jack that he abandoned/ran away from him, which got me craving stories where Jack deals with the emotional fallout from this admission (because no matter who you are, and even if you suspected it, you would still hope that it WAS an accident, because that's just plain cruel).
As I'm a total Ianto/Janto fan, stories where Ianto helps Jack are preferred, the longer the better, and with everyone in-character (meaning no Gwen-bashing/complete-moron!Gwen who only obsesses over Jack, no overly mushy gushy Jack [or Ianto, for that matter], etc.). I know there are quite a few out there, especially where Ianto gives the Doctor a piece of his mind, but I don't have any of them bookmarked.
