Hello all!
I'm looking for fics specifically dealing with the psychological impact of seeing/dealing with Daleks again for Jack and Ianto in/after the Doctor Who episodes The Stolen Planet/Journey's End. Jack died the first (and then became immortal thereafter) at the hands of the Daleks, while Ianto would have encountered them during the Battle of Canary Wharf, both arguably traumatic events in their lives. I'm looking for (hoping exists) fics that explore how this impacts either or both of them (whump!, angst, h/c all welcome!). What does seeing and/or fighting the Daleks again provoke in either or both of them?
I'd additionally love to see any fics that explore Rose and Jack seeing each other during/after these episodes. After all, Rose didn't even know Jack had survived Satellite 5...and then he died in front of her and revived. Any fics that explore the two of them seeing one another again and Rose realizing what happened to Jack I would love to read!
