amand_r, becky_monster and I have all written "Jack and Ianto and Lisa end up in a stable triad" longfics (I'd love to read the "Lisa in Pete's world" fic if you have a link). pocky_slash is working on a series where they end up in a long-term thing with Gwen. I wrote a short fic where they have a one-night stand with Lois, but I don't think that's exactly what you're looking for.
